Delivery & dispatch
	Delivery within Germany: Delivery within Germany is free of charge if the order amount is 35 euros or above! If the order amount is less than 35 euros, we charge 3 euros for the transportation and packaging of the goods. Dispatch within Germany is carried out by Deutscher Paket Dienst (German parcel service).Deutscher Paket Dienst does not deliver on Saturdays. To ensure that your items arrive at their destination, we have chosen to send them by parcel service and not by letter post. Delivery times within Germany: As a rule, all items ordered from us are delivered within 4-7 working days after the day the order was placed, provided that payment has been received. Delivery of items which are not in stock may be delayed by 3-4 days. Delivery outside of Germany: Deliveries outside of Germany are carried out by Deutsche Post AG. Revocation
	You can revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without stating reasons within 2 weeks in writing e.g. letter, fax, e-mail or by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of this instruction. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit shall be sufficient to amount to compliance to the revocation period. 	If you see the same item cheaper somewhere else within 5 days of receiving the invoice, we will refund you the difference between the purchase price and the competitor's price (transfer or crossed cheque) or take the item back. The best price guarantee does not apply to clearance sale, misprinted, single, or auctioned items (eBay) or ruinous offers made by competitors. It must be perfectly clear that the competitor's product is, without a doubt, exactly the same product with the same features/performance (e.g. quality of material, size, workmanship, terms of delivery).
