1. 1. Why must you give your e-mail address and telephone number on the order form?
Otherwise we can't send you any order information or contact you at short notice should we have any questions concerning your order.
2. Are dispatch costs levied per item or per order?
Dispatch costs are levied per entire order, irrespective of the number of items in the order.
3. I don't like the flag I ordered. Who pays for returning the goods?
If the order amount is 40 euros or above, we will pay for the goods to be returned within the EU. If the order amount is less than 40 euros you will be charged for transportation costs. You will be charged for goods to be returned outside of the EU. Please always contact us in advance by email or telephone +49 (0)5308 / 910429 so we can briefly discuss returning the goods.
4. What do I do if I need a flag which doesn't feature in the selection?
Send us details of the flag you would like by filling in our support form. Our staff will make every effort to obtain your flag immediately.
5. Why are the flags priced differently?
We obtain our flags from various manufacturers and wholesalers. We always make every effort to get the lowest price, however sometimes our purchasing price deviates, thus affecting our sales price.
6. Will my data be forwarded to a third party (e.g. for marketing purposes)?
All data with which we are entrusted is used solely to process the order and only with your consent. Please refer to our data protection information to find out exactly what happens to your data.
7. Do you have a printed catalogue?
No! We save on the cost of producing a catalogue and pass on these savings to our clients by offering them low prices.
